Qualifications:

Major Responsibilities
Mainly, you will be responsible for the donor histories,

Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and local policies
and procedures. Demonstrate excellence in customer
service and public relations to promote a positive,
professional image of the Red Cross. Train paid and
volunteer staff as needed and perform competency assessments
as instructed to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements. Work independently with attention to
detail while functioning as a member of a team to
ensure smooth and efficient collection process.
Qualifications

type specific needs). Travel within Region making

and via telephone with appropriate sponsor personnel
and other contacts as they relate to: problem
solving, developing relationships, and developing
opportunities for growth. Represent organization
at local/regional events within territory, manning
exhibits and professionally promote the American
Red Cross services at churches, community centers,
and service clubs. Identify and coordinate with
media contacts to promote blood drives. Monitor
relationships between sponsors and Regional
Blood Centers to ensure quality service is maintained
consistent with ARCBHR standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent
sales experience is required. If lacking degree
or certification, additional relevant experience

Driving the bloodmobile truck to and from
the blood collection site, setting up the
equipment, assisting the nursing staff in
the collection and storage of blood, maintaining
inventory of supplies, and providing light
maintenance of the truck and equipment.
Travel to blood drives within Blackhawk
county and surrounding communities. Position
may include some weekend hours along with
weekdays.
Qualifications: a High school diploma or
equivalent, ability to move heavy equipment
of up to 100 lbs, valid driver’s license,
and must satisfy all Federal DOT qualifications.
Previous truck driving experience is preferred.
